Swan Project is a grassroots initiative in Des Moines, Iowa, that supports transformation, restoration, and curation through performance & wellness practices.
Community Classes
Swan Session: Adult community class at the Grubb YMCA /// Wednesdays 6:45- 8:15pm
Dancers will practice the fundamentals that create length & strength while exploring balance, flexibility, classical technique, and meditative exercises. This practice includes barre and center work. All levels of dance experience welcome to this beginner-centered, foundational class.
SWAN SUMMER SESSION : July 16th- September 3rd (8 weeks)
8 week session sliding scale:
Tier 1 $200- Helps sustain the program and support others (youth and adult programs)
Tier 2 $160- Covers the cost of your participation.
Tier 3 $80- Discounted rate for those needing financial flexibility
Tier 4 $40 (suggested) - Pay what you can. No one will be turned away due to cost
